That’s right! You could be the proud owner of a Day Skipper certificate and log book plus you would be entitled to an ICC (international certificate of competence) which will enable you to skipper a motor cruiser up to 24 metres anywhere in Europe plus you could enjoy four days cruising around Spain , The Gibraltar straits etc! Even if you’re a complete novice or if you would just like to increase your knowledge, gain more experience, and learn extra skills and confidence, this just might be the ticket for you.

You’ll not only enjoy the experience and have lots of fun but in general what better way to learn new skills and feel that you have had a holiday.

Here is some insight to what you would be learning.

- Easy navigation skills by day and night.
- Feel safe knowing more on safety
- Boat handling made easy. (You will be parking the boat even on the first day!)
- Simple engine maintenance and fault finding.

- Feel secure doing your first cross-channel passages without fear of other shipping.
- Discover how to know where you are wherever you are

As well as what’s in the Day Skipper syllabus, we will also teach you the tricks of the trade that will help you get the best from boating.

And of course, there’s that amazing scenery of Southern Spain, Northern Africa and Gibraltar, not to mention the sense of achievement of negotiating new waters.
